Polite, punctual, professional and well presented. Not something you can say for many young men these days. Booked in for a Sunday engine bay clean due to some sort of oil residue all over the bay.
He arrived on time after great communication and has done a fantastic job on the engine bay. He wasn’t completely satisfied so has said he will go away and see what else may get rid of the more stubborn parts and return.
